Wake up in the morning, if you want to drink a cup of coffee to wake yourself up, but find that your coffee machine has broken down, it must be terrible! But that’s okay. Even without a coffee machine, there are many ways to make coffee. There are several methods here.

1 Use a kettle, saucepan, microwave oven, or electric pot to boil water.

The teapot is recommended, followed by the saucepan. No matter which one you use, add enough water according to your needs and place it on the stove. Use medium or high fire.

Heating in a microwave oven can be dangerous. Put water into the open safety cup, and insert a wooden chopstick or non-metallic utensils into the cup. Heat it every one or two minutes until the required temperature is reached.

It is very convenient to use an electric kettle. Pour in enough water and turn on the power. Turn the handle to medium heat or high heat, and heat for a while until the water starts to boil.

2 Weigh the coffee powder with a measuring cup. Put a sufficient amount of coffee powder into the largest measuring cup and divide as many servings as possible according to your needs.

For each cup (250 ml) of water, about 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) of coffee powder should be used.

When you want to make more than one cup of coffee, try to use the largest measuring cup.

If you don't have a large number of cups, you can use a large insulated bowl or pitcher.

3 Pour hot water on the ground coffee. Pour hot water directly on the coffee powder in the measuring cup.

In this step, no filter is required, and the coffee powder can be directly dissolved in hot water.

4 Let the coffee powder dissolve in the water. This process takes 3 minutes. After stirring well, soak for another 3 minutes.

The time to dissolve depends on what kind of coffee you make and how strong you want the coffee to be. If you use regular coffee powder, you can brew a cup of medium-strength coffee in 6 minutes.

5 When you pour the coffee into the cup, filter out the coffee powder. Place a tea strainer on the mug, vacuum flask, or ordinary cup, and let the coffee liquid pass through the strainer. Repeat this process until all the mugs are filled.

The selected filter needs to be able to block the coffee powder and prevent the coffee powder from entering the mug.

At this point, your coffee is ready to drink. Add some coffee sugar or cream according to your needs, and enjoy your coffee!
