FAQ
1. Can I reset the "total" on the screen?
Yes, press "one cup", "two cup" and "customized" modes together for three seconds, then the all cups data will be zero.
2. How to clean the grinding mill?
Please read the operating instruction book before you clean the product. After confirm you have cut off the power, loosen the positioning screw or location pin on the grinder dial and remove it. Press on the adjustment column, and rotate grinding plate clockwise. When it is taken out, please use a brush to scrub the grinding mill carefully.
3.What kinds of certification do you have for the products?
A: CE, CCC, RoHS certifications.
4. How about the burr's material?
A: Stainless steel and titanium items. The titanium is harder and with longer life time.
