1. Q: Do you sell parts for the machines?
A: All the parts are available. The recommend parts a include hoppers, burrs, electric boards etc. The guarantee period is 1 year, which means we will be responsible for the quality problem during the first year.
2. Q: How to be the agent in X (country)?
A: As the national exclusive agent, in Thailand for example, the required quantity for one item is 1000 pcs in the first year. And it should be increased 20% more next year. That means 1200 pcs in the second year.
3. Q: what about the weight for one cup?
A: 7-9 gram according to the powder adjusted degree.
4. Q: How to get more coffee powder?
A: By adjusting grinder time. For example, if you want to change one-cup setting mode, press "one-cup" button for 3 seconds, till the screen flash. Then press one-cup button to reduce, and two-cups to add.
5. Q: How about the burrs inside?
A: Stainless steel 64mm burrs, which is imported from Italy.
