Less Frequent Bean Refilling

The 1.2kg hopper allows more coffee beans to be loaded at one time than compact hopper grinders. This is useful when the grinder is positioned at a busy espresso station where frequent refilling would interrupt the workflow.

Large-Burr Commercial Format

JX-683 uses an 83mm flat burr with a rated burr lifetime of 1000kg. The larger burr format is paired with a 550W motor and 1400RPM operating speed for a commercial grinding configuration.

High-Volume Grinding

The stated grinding capacity is 15–30kg/h. Actual output depends on the coffee beans, grind setting, feeding conditions, and operating method, so the rated figure should be used as a product reference rather than a guaranteed hourly result.

Aluminum Grinder Body

The main body uses aluminum, with a PC bean hopper. The overall dimensions are 40 × 25 × 66.5cm, giving the grinder a full commercial equipment format rather than a compact countertop profile.
